Automated Invoice Processing
Invoices are uploaded, matched to the right catalog item, job, and cost code, and approved from one queue, without anyone chasing paper.
- Upload a batch and each line links to a catalog item automatically. Names are learned from your own review picks and merges, vendor by vendor.
- Job defaults auto-fill the cost code and unit cost on matching lines at upload, so coding happens before anyone opens the invoice.
- The review screen puts the PDF beside the extracted lines with a confidence score on each one, so a person only touches what the reader was unsure about.
