Platform Features
Every dollar. Every job. Accounted for.
Eight connected systems close the gap between what happens in the field, what the office approves, and what the books show.
01 — Payables
Automated Invoice & Payable Processing
Eliminate review bottlenecks. Invoices are uploaded, matched to the right catalog item, job, and cost code, and approved from one queue—without anyone chasing paper.
- Upload a batch and each line links to a catalog item automatically—names are learned from your own review picks and merges, vendor by vendor.
- Job defaults auto-fill the cost code and unit cost on matching lines at upload, so coding happens before anyone opens the invoice.
- A needs-attention queue, open-payables estimate on Net-30 terms, and a flag for approved invoices still missing a job.

02 — Vendor Intelligence
Vendor & Unit Cost Tracking
Built from approved invoices only. Every item carries a 12-month median, an all-time low and high, and a price history you can read at a glance—and anything more than 25% off its median raises an alert.
- Biggest movers surface automatically: first versus latest price, for items bought three or more times that moved 5% or more.
- Vendor aliases are matched automatically, so one supplier billing under two names still reads as one history.
- Start a purchase order from any vendor’s page, or switch an order to the better-priced vendor in one move.

03 — Field Operations
Active Job Spend & Field Logs
Keep field crews and office managers aligned. The superintendent’s daily report—weather, crew, work quantities—takes about two minutes per job, straight from the field.
- Weather, manpower, and work quantities captured on one screen, with a flag when weather delays the work.
- Man-hours roll up per report—today, previous, and from start—so labor history is never reconstructed later.
- A daily board shows which jobs have filed and which have not, and crews sign out materials from the same place.

04 — Cost Control
Budget vs. Actual Breakdown
Categorize every dollar by cost code. See committed, invoiced, and projected costs against budget for each line item—and catch drift while there is still time to act.
- CSI-style cost codes, or your own structure, applied consistently across every job.
- Variance flagged per line item, with projected cost at completion.
- Export-ready reports for owners, lenders, and your accounting system.

05 — Procurement
Purchase Orders That Protect Your Margin
Build an order against live vendor pricing, then send a clean PDF. Your cost estimates stay on your side of the table—the vendor’s copy never shows them.
- Compare vendor prices while you build the order, and switch the whole order to the better vendor.
- Every order carries its job and ship-to address, so material lands where the work is.
- Mark an order sent to start recording deliveries against it, and track what is still open.

06 — Materials & Assets
Inventory & Equipment
What’s in stock, what’s signed out, and what to order next. Track material across the yard and every site container, and keep the rental meter in view before it runs away with the budget.
- Stock on hand valued at the latest invoice price, split by yard and site-container location.
- Crews sign material out to a job and return what they do not use, so shrinkage has a paper trail.
- Owned and rented equipment side by side, with overdue returns and a running weekly rental cost.

What A Unit Of Work Really Costs
Materials plus labor plus equipment, per cubic yard, square foot, or each—measured from your own invoices and daily reports across every job, not from a published estimating book.
- Labor and equipment dollars come from the daily reports; material dollars come from approved invoices. Both land on the same field.
- Units per day and man-hours per unit are measured from finished activities, so your next schedule is built on your last one.
- The duration and cost calculator turns a quantity into a duration, a man-hour count, and an expected cost, and tells you when the data is thin.

08 — Payroll Record
Timesheets
Who worked, where, and at what rate. Hours times rate plus bonus equals pay, and overtime past 40 hours a week pays 1.5× on the pay summary. What the time was spent on lives on each job’s daily report.
- Type clock-in and clock-out straight into any day, even one saved weeks ago. Lunch minutes are unpaid and deducted, and hours compute as you type.
- The week runs Monday to Sunday so it lines up with the overtime week on the pay summary, and past-40 hours are flagged automatically.
- A worker without a rate logs no dollars, so the rates-set counter tells you exactly what is missing before payroll closes.
