02 — Payables

Cash Flow

Every approved invoice becomes a bill until it’s paid. See what’s owed, what’s overdue, and what’s due week by week, with due dates from the invoice, the vendor’s terms, or Net 30, and you can change any of them by hand.

  • An eight-week forecast shows the balance owed per week, so you know what the account needs before it needs it.
  • Group bills by vendor or by job, and the paid history keeps the record of what went out and when.
  • Invoices still in review are shown but never counted, so the forecast only ever reflects approved dollars.

Cash Flow walkthrough

Video coming soon. In the meantime, book a live walkthrough with your own job data below.

The Full Platform

Thirteen connected systems. One source of truth.

Invoice processing, cash flow, vendor tracking, CostMetrx, active job spend, field logs, budgets, actual breakdowns, inventory, equipment, cost per unit of work, and timesheets close the gap between what happens in the field, what the office approves, and what the books show.

General contractors & owners

See spend, margin, and exposure across every active job on one screen, with price-spike alerts before they reach your next order.

Project managers

Run the job by the numbers: budget and actual by cost code, updated the moment invoices land, with daily field logs and live job spend on the same screen.

Finance & back office

Close faster with every dollar coded: invoices auto-matched to jobs and cost codes, with a complete, exportable audit trail.

See It With Your Own Numbers

Thirty minutes on your own jobs.

Bring a recent invoice batch and a live job budget. We’ll show you exactly what BuildMetrx would have flagged.
